Fotona Spectro SP / Dynamis SP is the laser platform combining two laser sources, Nd:YAG 1064 nm and Er:YAG 2940 nm. The system enables both ablative and non-ablative treatments. It can work with different applicators and scanners giving the operator the availability to conduct a wide range of aesthetic treatments including:

    The most significant difference between Spectro SP and Dynamis SP models is the ND:Yag laser source power which amounts to 35W and 80W accordingly. At the same time the maximum laser energy emission for ND:YAG laser is at the level of 3J.
    Fotona Lasers have been successfully serviced by our company since several years. The scope of services provided covers both small faults, more complex periodic inspections with exchange of filters as well as complicated services to restore the standard laser performance. We service power supply (Error 42), exchange ND:YAG and Er:YAG lamps, optical elements and electronic circuits.
    We follow the manufacturer’s service guidelines. The new installed parts are covered by the 12-month warranty.

Most common problems and faults of
Fotona Lasers

This error message indicates that the capacitor bank voltage has dropped too low.  It can be driven both by faulty communication between different device parts, electric damages in flash lamp supply as well as power supply issue. To correctly assess the situation, the laser diagnosis is necessary.

The error indicates no possibility to run laser calibration to the values set by the laser operator.  It could be driven by the misaligned or damaged optics as well as the end of flash lamp life span.

The error can be driven by the misaligned or damaged optics including lase rode as well as the end of flash lamp/ pumping chamber life span. To correctly assess the situation, the laser diagnosis is necessary.

The error appears when despite using the maximum allowed voltage of the flash lamp power supply, the laser energy is still too low.  The root cause can be the reduced flash lamp efficiency, the damaged elements of resonator or pumping chamber.

The error can be driven by low amount of cooling liquid in reservoir as well as the issue of the power supply circuit or cooling system components. To correctly assess the situation, the laser diagnosis is necessary.
